This page will list everything from the basics of agility to the best products for more agility.
The most popular type of agility equipment is called "stair sprint" or "step sprint" for short. This type of training is most common in the high school and college programs. However, I see the most people do it in the military. Most military members do a step sprint and then an agility sprint. There are two main types of agility equipment to choose from: Stair sprint (sometimes abbreviated to "Sprint") or Step sprint. There are several different types of stair sprint. Some can be used for speed or agility, but others are designed for endurance. Step sprints are typically made of PVC or foam and are generally used to improve running speed. Stair sprints may also be used for other purposes, such as improving leg strength or endurance, as shown in this diagram. The step sprint is generally faster than a sprint. It requires more muscular strength and flexibility to execute, but it has less impact on the body and is more forgiving. The stair sprint is generally a longer (or longer and harder) distance, but its effectiveness depends on how hard you push your body. A lot of the time, it is easier to run as fast as you can stand if you are not moving.
