This is a list of things that people might consider to be stress. I also have listed some products for stress that I know for sure are not stress.
If you have a problem, take action. Take a time to take a break, a shower, or even a cold shower. You don't have to feel bad or feel embarrassed about the problem, but you can take a break from it, and it will help you feel less stressed.
Be realistic about what stress is and how to deal with it. It's not easy to stop working all the time, but it is possible. If you work, you must work harder in order to get paid. In general, if you feel like you are going to quit, stop working. The last thing you want to do is to become too busy, but you need to keep working if you want to keep living. Don't worry about other people's emotions. They are just reactions. Don't get depressed over it, and don't try to put it out of your mind. The world is full of happy people, but don't be too attached to them. Try to see your emotions for what they are. If you can't let them go, you might as well just forget about them.
